1. Interested candidates may apply online through the portal at https://jobs.kiwi.edu.pk. OR they may download the job application form from www.kiwi.edu.pk, fill it neatly, attach all relevant documents, Fee deposit receipt and send it via Courier or Pakistan Post to the Registrar, Kalam Bibi International Women Institute, Main Campus, Township Bannu, no later than 05/09/2025.
2. Submission of hard copies by hand will not be accepted.
3. Applicants working in Government, Semi-Government or Autonomous organization should apply through Proper Channel. However, the Organization may entertain advance copies but while processing the applications, provision of NOC from the concerned department would be mandatory.
4. A non-refundable application processing fee must be submitted in the amount of Rs. 3,000 for Assistant Professor, Rs. 2,500 for Lecturer, and Rs. 2,000 for Demonstrator. The fee should be paid through online transfer (including mobile banking apps, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Upaisa) to the Bank of Khyber, IBAN: PK04KHYB5075003005706156, Account Title: Kalam International Women. Money orders will not be accepted.
5. Eligible candidates shall be gone through a screening test after scrutiny of the application forms through a testing agency where applicable.
6. All facilities will be provided in accordance with the Service Statutes of KIWI Bannu, as approved and applicable from time to time.
7. No TA/DA shall be paid for attending the test/interview.
8. Incomplete/late applications will not be entertained.
9. Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview.
10. Errors and omissions (if any) will be liable for rectification by the University authorities.
